Customer deployment readiness
Configuration, migration, integrations, training and launch blockers are spread across systems and memory. A readiness system makes requirements, dependencies, owners and approvals visible.
Examine the system ↗Independent software engineering practice
Absolyd builds internal tools, workflow automation, integrations and AI-assisted systems for companies with operational bottlenecks.
Direct engineering accountability from first constraint to production.
Some work is too specific for off-the-shelf software and too important to leave in spreadsheets, inboxes and manual handoffs.
I work with operationally complex teams to understand the real constraint, design the system around it and take responsibility for the production implementation.
Replace repetitive operational work with dependable processes, background jobs and clear failure handling.
↗ 02Build the software your team needs around the way the work actually happens, not around a generic template.
↗ 03Connect the systems that should already be talking, with resilient APIs, webhooks and data flows.
↗ 04Put language models inside useful, reviewable workflows with validation, fallbacks and human control.
↗I’m Serhii Cheredko, founder and software engineer at Absolyd. I bring more than eight years of professional experience across product reasoning, architecture, implementation, integration and production operation.
My primary production stack is TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL and AWS. I work across adjacent technologies when the system requires it, without forcing an unnecessary rewrite.
More about how I work ↗These examples describe the kinds of systems I design. They are not presented as completed client engagements.
Configuration, migration, integrations, training and launch blockers are spread across systems and memory. A readiness system makes requirements, dependencies, owners and approvals visible.
Examine the system ↗Payments, refunds, fulfilment events and internal records disagree. A reconciliation workflow preserves evidence and gives an operator a controlled recovery path.
Documents arrive through email or uploads and uncertain cases are handled inconsistently. A workflow extracts, validates and routes low-confidence cases for review.
Duplicate events, expired credentials and schema changes break the happy path. An exception queue makes failures replayable, attributable and recoverable.
Some problems begin as consulting work. Others are clear enough to scope as a project. Existing systems often require time-and-materials until the real boundary is understood.
See engagement terms ↗Entry offer / bounded paid engagement
A responsible first phase for a manual, fragile or unclear operational system. The review makes the current boundary, failure modes and safest first production scope visible before implementation begins.
Source code normally lives in a client-controlled repository. Important decisions, deployment instructions and recovery paths stay documented so another competent engineer can understand and operate the system.

Start with the operational problem, the workaround and what keeps going wrong. We can determine what should be understood before anything gets built.
